Heartware App
Our team of 3 participated in a Hackathon that aimed to improve the Upcycling and Recycling ecosystem. We designed and developed an Android App and eventually won the competition.
IDEATION
We went through a Design Thinking process to understand thoroughly the problems the ecosystem faced. We then brainstormed for features, did storyboards and mapped out user journeys, before coming to a final idea.
USER TESTING
We iterated through the app multiple times, conducting user tests along the way to refine our product.

FINAL APP DESIGN
We coded out our app on Android Studio and iterated on the designs even further. We presented our solution to the judges and managed to clinch first prize.
